Here

I
have two suggestions.
As
to fundraising, I know Matt Noble (he started in the business
as an intern in the UA Athletic Development Office when
I was Associate AD) and what he does, and I would be willing
to perform most, if not all, of the services that he can
provide--but at no cost.
Secondly,
I strongly believe--and I have said this to anyone who will
listen--that the decline in the overall health of the fraternity
system is traceable to the disappearance of housemothers
from fraternity houses. I believe that
some sort of responsible, adult presence is imperative to
the proper maintenance of the physical plant and the ongoing
suppression of irresponsibility in the membership. There
needs to be someone on site to say to the members such things
as, "Gentlemen, we cannot allow beer cans to litter
our patio and parking lot," and "We aren't being
good neighbors if we're blasting loud music all night long."
Call me old-fashioned, but.....
